Advice on Poison and Reflect

Hey guys! I'm a new GD player (~70hrs played), and I'm playing around with a poison caster witch hunter. I just got to Broken Hills on Elite and here is where my nemesis lies: those nasty reflect skellies. For the most part, playing with this build has been a breeze. But on Normal these reflect dudes were giving me problems (I never finished Steps of Torment even though I breezed through BoC on Normal) and they seem to be even worse on Elite. One reflect of DEE is enough to get me killed through a potion, Pneumatic Burst and Blood of Dreeg.
I have 80% poison resist atm. Any suggestions on what to do?
