Need advice on PB build

Couldn't find a build which mainly uses phantasmal blades and tried to create one for myself. The focus lies withing life leech and vit damage, pierce and bleed as secondary damage. Although I tried my best to create something viable, I am not quite sure if this char will survive/deal enough damage in ultimate. Any suggestion/advice is much appreciated :)

Medal : Black Star of Deceit (Empowered Bloodreaper's Mark/Mark of Fierce Resolve/Badge of Mastery)

Since spellbinders grip gives +2 frailty you can save 2 points and invest other skills eg. aspect of the guardian for more poi res.

Problems :
I am struggling for aether resistence. Even if I use 5 augments (Spellward Powder to max lightning as a side effect), all I will get is 20% in ultimate. Fire and ice and are only medicore and bleeding will just be crap. Poison is alright, I guess. Although chaos and vit res will be maxed by gear, I am not sure if my char would ever be ultimate viable.
