[Battlemage] Dual Mindwarp

I wanted to make an aether based character and I haven't don't a dual wielding character in a while so I decided to combine them.

I'm thinking of dual wielding the Mindwarp since the damage conversion to Aether is pretty decent as well as a nice aether proc. Obviously, this means I'm going to be using a dual wielding enabling item (Not sure which one yet).

Will these procs have their own cooldown? Will they stack if they proc at the same time?
