Mech help: Pet mechanics

Sup,

Got a question for some of the mech savy guys out there. What we're looking at is:

• Gonna play a fire based sorc. Grabbing Raise Dead from Revenant, as it scales with player damage bonuses.

• Contemplating grabbing Shepherd's Crook, with the sole purpose of getting Shepherd's call.

---> Will Shepherd's call affect the skeletons? Obviously hoping that damage is set on summon by my own % (fire) damage, and scaling it further with call posterior to this.
