Necro, Inquisitor & Faction limitations

So, me and my friend are planning to start fresh toons for some coop once expansion is out. We would surely want to try the new classes, but at the same time always choose completely different builds to avoid contention over the same loot. So far we've decided one of us will be dw pistol Inquisitor, and the other - pet Necromancer.
But then there's Kymon&Order thing. AFAIK Inquisitor will be free to chose whatever faction he wants, but surely Kymon preferable, while Necromancer will be limited to Order.
This will cause some issues in our coop but, I guess, we'll get over it.
The question is - will we have the same issues with the Expansion content?
Because if you can't normally play like quarter of the game together then it's quite sh1tty and requires reconsideration.

Any insight from devs or, maybe, Praetorians, if they're allowed to speak about it?
