Ranged Primal Strike Best class?

I thunk both Druid and Elementalist are better than Conjurer. Druid for the OA%, extra Spirit, absorption, crit damage, and slightly higher conversion. Elementalist works for Blast Shield, DA debuff, OA, lightning damage and RR.

Because of the fact that you're using a weapon damage skill, you get 20% RR from Viper and good healing through ADCTH, so that extra bit from Vulnerability/Blood of Dreeg isn't enough to make it viable.
