Age of Empires 2 was pretty good but I think it could definitely have used some improvements. 3 tried to be a bit more innovative but for some reason I didn't really get into it that much.
Let's hope the gameplay footage is good and that on release buyers won't get messed with bugs/changes/issues and wait for reviews before buying.
