WPS on Fire Strike?

Quick question - since FS is a basic/auto, I just wanted to confirm (it does appear this way from testing) that a WPS proc (zolhans, markovians, any nightblade wps, etc) will still give you the full FS attack (and all of its modifiers)?

So for example: FS bound with Bull + Explosive strike + Zolhan's proc could give you, at the same time:

The FS attack
The FS modifier(s) - in this case the Explosive strike radius
The Zolhan proc (if it procs)
The Bull proc (if it procs)
Any 'chance on attack' proc (from gear)

Looks this way from my testing, just want to verify. Thanks!
