Covenant of the Three blueprint.

My playstyle is collecting all available stuffs. Just collected all lengendary include those from roguelike dungeon bosses except Covenant of the Three blueprint. This blueprint cost me nearly 100 runs but still wasnt dropped . I wonder the last blueprint will happen like this???
