Storm Surge Electrocution Damage

The damage on Storm Surge is skill specific. It only modifies the skill. It is reflected in the damage totals you see if you hover over the skill, or look at the top of sheet two if you have a skill on LMB/RMB and you can see the average damage breakdown for that skill.

The damage you see by electrocute in the sheet is damage being done by your weapon attack. The modifiers in the sheet though apply to all damage of that type.

Its a bit convoluted but you will get used to it.
