Allow auto-collecting of Aether Crystals

Generally speaking I see Aether Crystals, Aether Shards and Aether Clusters as worthwhile collecting.

In late game this items tend to drop in terrain which is considered unhealthy and sometimes I find it difficult to click on that tiny little rectangle causing my player to moonwalk on the Aether floor taking extra damage before finally managing to collect it.

To a lesser extent Dynamite and Scrap should be in the same league as they are valuable items.
