Question about Stash tool (GD IA/Stash, etc)

I'm using GD IA atm. It's very nice tool, but there's one inconvenient thing.
It shows item's average stat value of min/max range so the actual values could be different.

I'm going to try other stash tools like GD Stash, but my items are stored in the IA's database, not in my actual game. So I'm wondering how I can load the items which are stored in the IA's database on other tools like GD Stash?

Btw is there a stash tool (mainly for infinite stash and item management) which can show exact stat values as the item's actual values?
