Attack Damage Converted to Health [Devotion Skill]

Hi, just wondering if the 85% attack damage converted to Health refers to the 95 Vitality Damage
? So the total lifesteal every time this skill casts is 80.75 (given that the target has 0% vit resistance)? Or the 85% healthsteal refers to my total weapon damage + the 95 vitality damage?
