Viable ranged fire strike build?

I have been looking around at build compendium v and iv and I was wondering if there is a nice fire strike build. I really wanted to play a demolitionist class that was ranged, as I have never done that before, but most builds seemed to evolve around stunjacks etc and being close range. So I was thinking maybe a ranged fire strike build wasn't really viable. Thank you guys in advance.
