Microsoft Paint program being phased out

Not interested in 3D stuff, but if it does normal may be okay. All I want is to be able to open or paste my screenshots, crop them if needed, name them and ready to go for uploading.

Iirc they tried to phase it out once before, but there was such an outcry that they put it back into Win10. Can only hope for something similar this time around.
