Hi,

I haven't played in a while (month or 2), but I had 3 characters to play with. One where I finished the game (lvl 50ish? Can't really remember) and the 2nd was halfway there (30ish), the 3rd one is a lvl 20 character.

I bought the Steam Loyalist upgrade during the Steam sales, but didn't start the game.

The other change was that I have been playing on my laptop after I played on my desktop (Cloud saves), I opened up the game today on my desktop and I only saw my lvl 20 character! The others were gone. So I opened my laptop to check and it's the same there (was kinda expecting it, but you never know..).

Now I never deleted these characters myself, as they were pretty geared out and the stashes were also filled to the brim. I only ever deleted one character I created but wasn't happy with.

Is there a way to get my characters back? Since I put a lot of time into them and if I have to start over, I doubt I'll do it....

Is there anyone with the same problem? Is it because I bought the upgrade that my characters got deleted somehow?
