Back with some more questions.

Okay first of ... damn the acts in this game creep up on you before you realise it? So my first questions is this, I reached Homestead yesterday at level 36 ... and these are my characters stats at the moment.

Is this good enough for now to continue with the rest of my first play through on normal? To be honest I am not entirely confident about the resistances. Some are nice but others are not. But some items I have are just still to good to give up for now, despite the fact that I find enough good/great loot now. ( I will of course do so if or where needed but still. )

* My other two questions are these:

1 - On the screenshot below you can see a Ruined Shrine on the map just below old Arkovia ... south east of the shrine I did find there. I have been trying to find that ruined shrine, but so far I just can not find it?

2 - Also on the screenshot there is a question mark just above The Foggy Banks. And just like that Ruined Shrine I just can not seem to find that spot ... no matter how often I look around in that area. Am I searching in the wrong places or something?
