Question about AoM's skill modifier stacking

Would the same skill mod on different items stack?

Eg.:

The -2 cd for Blade Spirit on Mythical Demonslayer's Hat and on the possible prefix for Conduit of Night Whispers for -4 sec leaving the base cd at 2s.

Or the -8 cd for Hellhound on Shard of Lost Souls and on Fleshwarped Archive for -16 secs allowing some Blazing Death galore.

Or they wouldn't and i should stop theorycrafting such builds ?
