For those who don't know - Tremor is a skill transmuter that makes Forcewave to have no cooldown and more Stun at the cost of damage.

It doesn't work. After applying Tremor in my skill tree, Forcewave still recharges for some reason.

EDIT: After resetting the game, it works. I don't know what caused it.
