Wrong icon for Pyroclasm MarkI just killed Loghorrean on Elite and went back to Creed for my item and it showed a Legendary ring (plain copper ring) but it said Pyroclasm Mark. I didn't think anything of it and accepted the reward only to find it's a Legendary Medal and not a ring. I didn't get a screenshot of this since I saw it was fire and didn't suit my build, I just accepted it and moved on without checking it.
