Death Knight retaliation build

This is the first build I've tried to complete. All inspiration and credit goes to Squib and his build http://ift.tt/2h0MIEe.

I like the idea of the retaliation build but don't really like the playstyle the Warder version provides. I wanted to see if the Death Knight could do a retaliation build and came up with http://ift.tt/2yBSgOn.

I welcome all feedback to improve the build. I probably will need to change a few pieces of gear, I mostly just winged it with the skills in Necromancer, used the devotions Squib's build does since they provide extra retaliation and don't have much idea on the components and augments.

If anybody feels I plagarized Squib's build and am trying to pass it off as my own, I'll delete the thread and try another build.
