double keys ? help please

hey all,

no idea where to write this ( as i am a major techno-weirdo, with no online skills) so forgiveness is asked in advance.

bought the game pre pre realse (Alpha) and also again as a loyalist.
tried adding the loyalist key to my steam account, but alas i have only the original account and no additions, any idea what should i do ?

also a proud Loyalist 23.11.15 (what took me 5 years to buy this game again .....)

10.10.17 and as life tends to be in the way of playing, only now tried using the loyalist pack, at least i can say i have a (sort of) life...
