Crucible Gladiator, need tips and help.

Hello guys, I'm a lightning warder 2H. The video below show my char:

What, happens is: I have a nice damage, very tanky for not use a shield, but problem is, than I'm stuck on gladiator. I just can handle until 90. After that, I fall, maybe something is wrong, something I didn't pay attention. Can you guys show me how can I do right or improve that build? Ultimate is so easy, but I really want to farm on Gladiator Crucible with that char, I know I can, but don't know how, or where is the fail on this build.
