Fiend's Flesh

Not sure about the first but yes for the second.

In testing I had both fiend's flesh shoulders + boots and could have both procs happen giving me 2 shields. Not sure which one took precedence before the other though or if they both negated at the same time.

edit: I'll check about the first now.

Nah it seems like the boot version at least is just a shield for you not your minions.
