Duplicate John Bourbon

Hey Zantai, seems like all I ever report is duplicate NPCs.
John Bourbon is standing by the aetherial corpse where the merchant was and also chilling in his room with Mornay. I am in multiplayer, so it could potentially be a multiplayer issue?
