[1.0.1.0] Status of Canister bomb?

Hello.

I have created four different toons this week and I have retaken my current Commando which is level 35 right now.

I have been tinkering with Canister bomb but I have been unable to determine whether the new iteration for patch 1.0.1.0 is acceptable now.

So far, I still prefer using BWC instead. I can't put my finger on it but Canister bomb doesn't feel comfortable to me. Imho BWC is better because of:

+ BWC cooldown is lower than CB.
+ it lingers for almost its cooldown duration.
+ it has got a nice debuff.

Anyone giving this a try? maybe with Improved Casing?
