Blade Arc + Deadly momentum.

Been thinking of giving a blade arc warder a shot after the 2h buffs. My question is,how and is it worth it tho get some points in deadly momentum to buff the damage of blade ark,or should i go for savagery.

Savagery seems easier to manage,but deadly momentum sure gives a massive boost for 4 seconds. Any opinions/facts are welcome.
