Ulo the keeper, and life leech resist

The second node of Ulo give in theory 30% life and 30% energy leech resistance.

On my character page, if I remove all my items, I can see 5% life, 30% energy resistance.

It's strange.

If I use a weapon with Purified Salt on it (+25% lr), my resistance pass to 30% both.

Is it a display problem or a constellation problem.
