Best DPS Mage Tank Build

Hi All,

I'm brand new to playing and most of the advice is to play a build you would have fun with. I really want to play a Mage Tank build that can pretty much face tank mobs and still cast spells to do nice aoe and damage.

Are there any great builds that can do this and are still topping dps in the latest patch? The closest I've seen so far is JoV's BWC Sorcerer and it looks pretty cool.

Any other builds I should look into?
