At Whits end

I love this Game and a big thanks you to the Devs for all the hard work. After playing for a long time and have successfully completed ultimate with at least 5 characters I can say I have Some experience but far from mastering it. I have farmed for hours, weeks even months for the items I have acquired. But still 2 things escape me and I don't want to resort to "mods" or "cheating". The Olerons Blood Recipe (not even a single component) or Bloody Whetstone Recipe. Just don't know what to do anymore and getting frustrated.

Any suggestions would be great. thanks
